(2014-12-28) ALICO says it finished first, second stage of October project Egypt’s Arab Real Estate Investment Co (ALCO) (RREI) said on Sunday it completed the first and second stage in its October project.
The completed stages consist of 648 units, ALICO added, and that it is currently connecting utilities to the units to deliver it to the buyers in accordance with the ministry of housing’s rules.
Alico said it received the third and fourth stage and received the needed permits.
The real estate firm said it completed the first and second stage of Badr Project, and currently connecting utilities to deliver the units to the buyers. The project consists of 720 units, it added, and said it received the third and fourth stage and currently seeking to get the needed permits.
ALICO revealed that that Malibu project consists of 800 units of residential units and chalets, in addition to a 50-room hotel.
