(2014-12-21) Arab Cotton Ginning studies utilizing proceeds of Assiut land plot sale Yousuf Mohamady, Investor Relations Manager at Arab Cotton Ginning Company (ACGC), revealed that company’s BOD will discuss in its next meeting means of utilizing proceeds of selling company’s land in Abou Tig in Assiut with total value of LE 104 million.
The company announced last November that it has signed a preliminary contract to sell a land plot in Assiut with total value of LE 104 million.
Mohamady added that, the company still in talks with the buyer on the means of payment.
