(2014-09-28) Telecom Egypt denies annulment of 20% stake IPO Telecom Egypt (ETEL) said on Sunday that it was not notified of any decision by the state commissioner’s authority regarding a recommendation to nullify the IPO of 20% of its shares.
The telecoms firm said in bourse statement that the reports by the state commissioners' are only recommendations and non-binding.
No ruling has been issued in the case, the company added and that case is still in the administrative court.
