(2019-03-31) Edita OGM ratifies shareholders dividends of EGP0.208/sahre
Edita Food Industries S.A.E. (EFID) declared in a statement sent to EGX, the ordinary general assembly meeting was held on March 27. The OGM approved the financial results for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2018, as well as the profit distribution suggestion for the same fiscal period. It is worth mentioning that the Company board suggested dividends to shareholders of LE151 million (LE0.208 per share). Dividends distribution decision is contingent on general assembly approval.
