(2017-06-22) July 6: listing Amer Group shares of capital increase The Listing Committee held on June 21, approved listing the issued capital increase of Amer Group (AMER) to LE1,003,099,822from LE911,908,928 with increase amounting to LE91,190,893.
The capital hike will be distributed over 455,954,466 shares at a nominal value of LE0.20 per share.
It is worth to mention, the capital hike will be financed from profits of financial results ending 2016, in addition to the delayed profits.
The capital increase will be through the distribution of 0.10000000035 free stock for every existing one held before increasing capital to the shareholders as of record on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, and will be distributed on Thursday, July 6, 2017.
