EGX Administration announced Naeem Holding (NAHO) has submitted its disclosure report on January 30, in order to conduct procedures of calling the general assembly to be convened. The general assembly will review issued and paid capital hike to $218,594,892 from $198,722,629, with increase amounting to $19,872,262, at a nominal value of $0.7. The capital increase will be distributed over 28,388,947 free stocks, through the issuance of 0.10 free stock for every existing one held.
