(2017-03-29) April 29: Atlas Land Reclamation to review establishment of news unit
Atlas for Land Reclamation and Agricultural Processing (ALRA) announced in a statement sent to EGX, it called the ordinary general assembly to be convened on April 29. The OGM will discuss the financial results ending 2016. Moreover, the OGM will review establishment of Atlas for Packaging and Food Industries, as one of its subsidiaries. It is worth mentioning, OGM will discuss cutting ownership ratios in the subsidiaries, either by selling shares or capital hike and entering news investors.
