(2016-10-30) EGX announces cancellation of 4.3m local deposit receipts of ODH EGX administration announced that it has received a release from Misr for Clearing, Depository and Central Registry (depositary bank) stating that:
1- Cancellation of 4,328,000 Orascom Development Holding AG's (ODHN) Egyptian deposit receipts, as well as Issuance of 2,860,000 of Egyptian deposit receipts, as the company balance will hit 183,685,820 Egyptian deposit receipts traded in the market.
2- Misr for Clearing, Depository and Central Registry pledges to notify EGX with latest changes in balance.
