(2016-09-27) EGX: Orascom Construction submits documents to cut capital to $117.7 m
EGX Administration announced Orascom Construction Limited's (ORAS) has submitted its disclosure report on 27/09/2016, in order to conduct procedures of calling extra-ordinary general assembly to be convened. General assembly will review issued and paid capital cut $ 117,761,379. Capital cut will be through purchasing 1 million treasury stocks. EGX added the documents will be reviewed to be presented to the listing committee.
